「This hotel is all about location. walking distance to everything you want to experience about French Quarter.--- Fresh Market, Frenchmen Street (which I loved- music, dancing, great restaurants). Bourbon Street (not so much- unless you're one of the young, obnoxious drunks), I would say this hotel would be a gem if the rooms were updated. a little paint and caulk would go a long way. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets had stains and holes. The tub and shower curtain had mildew,...

「We had 4 night stay in NOLA in January 26. Hotel is really well situated - easily walkable to key sights, though not not in a place disturbed but those out into early hours. Room was spacious and had everything we need. We were ground floor so bit of noise when first floor guests moving around, but didn’t impact our stay. 」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「Keith and Dauphne helps us out during our stay everything was great. They gave recommendations on things near by and were very welcoming. Only constructive advice would be to have the valet service be more diligent with the request. Multiple times we found ourselves waiting over 20 minutes to get our car. Thankfully we were not in a rush, however it did eat up sometime. Location is ideal, clean, friendly and very nice to stay at. 」
