“Host was SUPER responsive. She replied very quickly to every question. Her notes and signage inside were very helpful - and answered many questions. This is a cottage and has a few quirks, which we found endearing. The beds were very comfortable and the electric blankets were a game changer and allowed us to drop the temp more at night. We slept very well. All furniture was comfortable and little that I could suggest to improve. Did not take advantage of the outside fire pit as we were gone most……

“Spent a long weekend; 5 adults. We had a wonderful stay! First. The home owner is VERY responsive to questions, and made us feel welcome from the start. The home is beautiful… and plenty of space for a group. The lake view is amazing… so peaceful to enjoy with a morning coffee. ”

The town of Hornell was very quaint with coffee shops and a great Wegmans and Walmart and more! We slept well and had everything we needed. We went to Letchworth state park and Rochester on Lake Ontario. Beautiful area! We hope to return again. ”

Although we did not ski, we were able to snow shoe & it was fabulous! Fireplace was nice & cozy! We really enjoyed our Christmas away from home! David is a great host & an excellent communicator.
