“Quiet and spacious rooms. Didn't Ike they didn't have many options of places to eat inside the hotel or an place to purchase snacks or drinks inside the hotel. The restaurant was rather pricey. The hotel didn't seem very family oriented whenever there's adults making out in the pool while kids are swimming. Nice hotel but geared more around adults and couples.”

“Howard Johnson goes back a long time. Always like the old world charm of the 50’s and 60’s styling. Only one small quirk was my shower knob did not work and it was broken. Fortunately it was stuck on a reasonable temperature to shower and used it as that. Breakfast was quite meager, very small lounge and limited food choices. But I assume it’s because of the limited space that had there. Overall it was alright and would go there again since my beach location in Clearwater was all but overbooked.……

“Greatest hotel ever friendly staff ”

“I was unaware of the stairs to get to the rooms. I was given a room on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator to use to bring all of my luggage. The night before checkout, I called the front desk to ask if an Uber would be able to pick me up at 4:30 am and would be allowed onto the premises. I was told that I should have the pickup be the clubhouse and I could have a tram arranged to pick me up at 4:00 am. When I called at 4:00 am on the morning of checkout, I was told that the tram drivers……

“Staff was great. I made a mistake in my booking and they accommodated me. This is not a fancy place, but it is clean, and rooms are cleaned every day. My room had a coffee maker, microwave and small fridge.”

“Ran out of hot breakfast by 9am except for waffles. Loud hallways when trying to sleep”

“The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?”

“Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet. Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room. Since there was no front desk available at that hour, there was no way to get immediate help or change rooms. After that it……

“It was a very clean hotel. The rooms are large. There is only one chair in each room which was strange to me since the rooms are so large and I would think it’s common to have 2 people staying in a room. Since we were Expedia customers they were less flexible about a late check out or early check out and our room was just off lobby so was loud at times. They have laundry which is awesome. Overall our stay was pleasant. The manager was very nice.”

“i guess its not the desk fault be i booked through a expedition and was trying to booked for July 17 but some how it booked it for may 30 on accident i call the hotel trying to change it but they said they couldn't and couldn't help with calling expedition or provide me with a number so I just lose my money”

“The staff was short and when I tried to check out, the guy just stood in front of me and played on his phone, then answered his cell phone using his ai glasses and proceeded to ignore me until I said, should I just leave the keys here? Then he decided to help me check out! He was apparently the manager on duty so this is extremely sad! The room was dingy, the door to the bathroom was falling apart and our feet were black just walking from shower to the bed to get dressed! It was gross!!! ”
