“the staff on the phone was most unhelpful when I asked where we were supposed to park as the hotel is on the road...we had to drive round 3 times with no directions until we happened upon an unobvious carpark......the staff were slow to greet us, only when I greeted them first ( as in hello on arrival and good morning at breakfast)...such a pity ...but the waited at dinner was brilliant (surname Morgan) funny and kind....”

“I arrived around 9.30pm and was checked very efficiently by a gentleman who showed great customer service skills. I was allocated room number 1. The room was spacious, very warm, a big bed, a bath, decent kettle, coffee bags (as opposed to sachets) and quality biscuits and bathroom products. I had a meal in the restaurant on my second night. I ordered belly pork with vegetables. The veg was fine but the pork was almost 100% fat - almost no meat. Apart from the meal my stay was excellent and I……
