"I was surprised with $50 parking per day. They made us wait in the lobby for 2 hours waiting for the room to be ready while waiting my wife's gucci glasses was stolen. The room they gave us on high floor had terrible view. The room adjacent to the house keeping room. They kept making noise laughing and talking especially in the morning. We did not hand good sleep."

"Amazing breakfast! The pool was closed/being refurbished while I was there which I wish had been disclosed- however the rooms were clean and had everything I needed and more for my stay. I only saw 1 bug in my room one day during my 3 day stay and I would totally stay here again. Room service was provided upon request (must be requested the day before) full kitchen in room, like a little studio apartment. A short and safe walk to/from the parks. My only complaint would be that I was on the first floor and every time someone went up and down the stairs there were lots of super loud banging noises. (From feet and suitcases I’m assuming? Or maybe the pool construction?) next time I would choose a second floor room for that reason. Super helpful for early check in- I paid the $35 fee to check in early. They also allowed me to check my Baggage at the front desk upon check out while I went to the parks for the day. Friendly staff, would stay here again. this was a solo trip for me, and as a Disney adult I have an annual pass to the parks. I’ve been trying a lot of walkable hotels in the area and if I were traveling with kids and needed a full kitchen to feed my family, this is where I would stay."

"Friendly staff. Double queen bed room was spacious with the high ceilings and clean. Fridge and safe convenient. Melody’s Cafe had lots of coffee shop options plus typical mini mart necessities for an overnight stay. Family pool was nice in the evening. OGPA Sports venue was a quick 5min walk for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. Would stay again. Only concern I have is a funny chat I had with other parents staying here was we weren’t sure if there was a charge to use the robes in the room. Some thought they were complimentary while others say there’s a charge to use them. At checkout I remembered to ask and yes, there’s a charge. It would be nice if there was a a tag or something letting guests know there’s a charge to use the robes like there is with the Evian water sitting on the countertop in the room. I guess there were also slippers however my room (312) didn’t have slippers, just one robe, THANK YOU!"
