"This stay was part of our experience for the Cooperstown All Star Village. We had two families staying in the Farm House, with 6 kids total (ages 4-15). The setup is perfect for 2 familes / large families as the bedrooms are split between 2 floors. We found the property to be a great relief from All Day baseball action. The trails and pond were beautiful and provided our party with a relaxing place to stay. I would highly recommend this property."

We were on our honeymoon, just the two of us, and when we arrived we were greeted by the sweetest note, with wildflowers, and bubbly in the fridge! 🥰 Vanessa was very friendly and responsive via the VRBO app, totally flexible when our travel plans changed, and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed. The farmhouse itself is even more amazing than the pictures do justice - lovingly restored with such artful and whimsical details...

Easy to find right in town and close to great pizza shop Alyssa recommended-she was great! It is the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway and enjoying the beautiful mountain surroundings. "The house is beautifully decorated and has so much charm. Love the artist themed bedrooms. The kitchen is huge and we had lots of room to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The Alexa was a great touch for music! The property is very large and the area very quite. Matt was quick to respond to all questions and requests. We had a great time!!"

We had a chance to check out the historic John Burroughs site (what a view!) and bought fresh farm produce and meats at a nearby D & D Farm. "one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."
