"The AC wasn't working properly during my two night stay. I alerted the front desk on the first night, and they sent up a small fan. Engineering found a short the next morning, supposedly fixed it, but it wasn't working properly again overnight. I told the manager the next morning by text, and the response was that, after experimenting with different temperatures & the fan modes, the manager found a setting they felt would've been fine. So apparently I didn't spend enough time playing with it. Totally my fault I guess. "

"Made me check in at a different hotel which required two elevators and a long trek. Desk lamp switch didn't work. Thermostat didn't work. Shower drain was loose. Alarm clock had the wrong time. "

"The check-in line was incredibly long, and the wait was exhausting. I don’t see the point of offering online check-in if we still have to go through such a tedious process upon arrival. Furthermore, the pool area was a mess—there were absolutely no seats available, and the water was visibly dirty. It was a very disappointing experience."

"I’d rather not I actually really talk to the hotel manager because the negative things I don’t think should be put on here because I think that can be easily fixed which can make it a great hotel"

"Great location overlooking Rainey St. The property was new and clean and the staff were friendly. Super close to the river/lake and amazing bars and restaurants. The only issue I had was the sliding barn doors on the room bathrooms. Why is it this way? It's not private."

"We traveled with our two teen daughters and two small dogs. The view from our room, "Suite, 1 Bedroom, Corner" was very large, clean and comfortable. the view was wonderful. The room was in fair condition. some of the windows were either very dirty on the outside or had a broken seal that caused condensation to get between the pains. We booked a Studio Suite: 2 Queens for our girls. Their view was of a wall a few feet from their window. The breakfast was just okay but on the poor end of the range of average for this level of hotel. Staff was very nice. "
