「Our multi-family group loved this property - each family had private accommodations and the shared spaces were great for time together. The private dock and kayaks were a highlight. The kitchens had everything we needed for meals and the owners were great with their communications. 」

Raised with management who were slow to respond and failed to do anything subsequently, despite assurances otherwise. Disappointing as I bought 6 people from my company here as well. Great hotel, let down with staff in key areas. I should be clear that not all staff were sub standard. ...

「I received a pedicure while a guest there. My pedicurist was a lot of fun. I relaxed, & we laughed a lot. SHe was professional, positive, and fun. The pedicure was pretty good, but the experience was excellent.」

「The location is the best part-the beach is beautiful. The pools would have been perfect but they had a bug infestation and did not even try to keep the pool cleaned out with the dead ones or the walkways clean of the dead ones. A simple shop vac in the halls would have helped. The food was very good-tiki bar staff was great. Ordered room service twice from Drift-food was excellent-room service delivery man was super rude and super creepy. Housekeeping staff was friendly but they bang on the door...
