“Our multi-family group loved this property - each family had private accommodations and the shared spaces were great for time together. The private dock and kayaks were a highlight. The kitchens had everything we needed for meals and the owners were great with their communications. ”

She got to hold an iguana and pet a spider. We played trivia too! The beach was super clean and absolutely gorgeous. It felt great to not have to get in my car once and still have so many dining options, activities and places to go. And the champagne toast welcome? Chef's kiss”

“We were in room 205 and the only problem I found was a foul odor coming from the drain in the shower and the floor of the shower was not properly pitched so water would constantly flood the bathroom”

Raised with management who were slow to respond and failed to do anything subsequently, despite assurances otherwise. Disappointing as I bought 6 people from my company here as well. Great hotel, let down with staff in key areas. I should be clear that not all staff were sub standard. ……

“I received a pedicure while a guest there. My pedicurist was a lot of fun. I relaxed, & we laughed a lot. SHe was professional, positive, and fun. The pedicure was pretty good, but the experience was excellent.”

“The location is the best part-the beach is beautiful. The pools would have been perfect but they had a bug infestation and did not even try to keep the pool cleaned out with the dead ones or the walkways clean of the dead ones. A simple shop vac in the halls would have helped. The food was very good-tiki bar staff was great. Ordered room service twice from Drift-food was excellent-room service delivery man was super rude and super creepy. Housekeeping staff was friendly but they bang on the door……
