「We LOVE the Omni but things ting that keeps us coming back is Prado. The atmosphere is so lovely, the food is amazing, but the service is off the charts! We’ve never had a bad meal, not once, in all our years of going. Keep up the good work Omni team. 」

「I really liked the friendliness of the reception staff. Melinda helped me and was super sweet. The gentleman(forgot his name) helped with getting my bags to the room. Not having a microwave in the room is inconvenient enough but they did not have one in the hotel for guest use and I felt that is ridiculous in 2024.」

「The villas were well equipped with amenities. The staff were kind, helpful and accommodating. The pool didn’t feel crowded, lots of seating. We were able to get adjoining rooms and it was awesome. Getting the extra room for the villa would be smart, just a better flow for the second room we had. Parking is ample. Only small side is the gym - limited weights and kind of tiny.
