"Room, food, staff were quite good. The access and easy proximity to Atlantis was the main attraction for us, and they delivered!"

"The staff here are absolutely amazing, some remembered me by name after a couple of days! Housekeeping did an awesome job everyday, loved the buffet food, they served fresh seafood and so many amazing dishes! The weather was crap while we were there, an anomaly, but there were still plenty of things to occupy our time."

Chased front desk; one staff brushed me off, but a helpful young lady gave partial refund + breakfast voucher. Arranged birthday room decoration while we were out 4+ hours—returned to nothing done. Housekeeping said they thought we were switching rooms (despite confirmation we’d stay). Total miscommunication chaos. One staff member tried hard to fix it, but overall very disappointing for a special occasion."
