“All adult group of friends spent the weekend enjoying the beauty of lake Texoma. The house was clean and fully stocked and furnished both inside and out. There were beautiful views of the rustic area and lake from all 3 balconies. There are stairs to contend with so be aware but for us dealing with them was well worth the stay. I would definitely recommend this property for able bodied groups of 8 to 10.”

“Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Located conveniently to Lake Texoma for fishing, boating and water sports. There are a number of casinos in the area and we found a wonderful restaurant in nearby Kingston. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.”

“The house worked perfectly for what we were looking for. Communication with the owner was way more than I have ever had with other renters, and very accommodating. Less than 5 minute drive from boat slips / lake access and a short jaunt over the lake to a small casino if that’s your thing. Great weekend overall.”

“The description of the property is as listed. It is tucked away at the end of the road with a view of the lake. For the foodies, the kitchen lacks for nothing. Be sure to bring required provisions for cooking as shopping is a distance away. Property owner is attentive to questions and requests and is readily available. A beautiful property.”

“Overall, we were very pleased with the house. The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice and hot. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Melissa was very responsive when we had questions about the WiFi and the water. There is very little natural light in the house so we had the lights on most of the time. I’d suggest bringing your own water for drinking as the tap water had a weird taste. I appreciated that we had very few checkout “duties””
