"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was very accommodating - we arrived a bit earlier than expected and, not only were we able to check in early, we were provided with adjoining rooms. Full breakfast was included with a great variety and made to order options available. Adjacent to the convention center and minutes from downtown Hot Springs. Highly recommended!"

"Staff was great, room was perfect and overall the feel of the hotel was safe and welcoming. Room service was yummy and hit the spot and being able to acquire a crib for my newborn was, the cherry ontop of my stay. The morning crew, that led the breakfast buffet, were perfect. Their attitudes and smiles were , EVERYTHING! Truly great , location overall! "

"When we arrived the foyer smelled clean. Our room was very clean. We enjoyed the stand up shower and rain like shower head. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast bar had a good variety of foods like bagels, cereal, eggs and yogurt. We enjoyed our stay ! "

"The breakfast is amazing,The only issue I even had was the sink. It was stopped up when we got here.we asked front desk to get it fixed however we didn’t and we are currently still in the same room. The service is ok. The people are very nice. And the property is absolutely beautiful. The beds are to die for in comfort. I slept absolutely amazing and so did my whole family. It’s really quiet and peaceful."
