"Overall this property is great. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are exceptionally clean. I’ve stayed in another room at this property with a much nicer bathroom than the one we had this time. This one could definitely use an update. Room service was outstanding. Tonia was so friendly and through our conversation found out we were celebrating our anniversary so she came back with a bottle of wine and a sweet card. She went above and beyond to make our stay special. My only complaint was breakfast. When I stayed here in January there was a lovely Sunday brunch. That wasn’t available this time and the food from the menu was so-so for the price. The service was not anything special either. I would have gone to a local spot outside of the hotel if I had known how it would go. "

"The staff at this hotel is AMAZING!!! Sebastian deserves a raise X’s 100%!!! The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. This will be our go to spot whenever we’re in NOLA. "
