"The staff from the front desk to the bellmen to the housekeeping team were friendly and consistently went above and beyond this was my 4th stay at thr Omni and i look forward to coming back again! A HUGE THANK YOU to Smiley who went above and beyond and upgraded our room to a balcony room which made our trip extra special and 5 stars and 2 Big thumbs up. "A lovely hotel with a cozy atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The only downside was the very small bathroom and no fridge in the room. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. And yes! Location!!! The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot."

"My stay at the Royal Sonesta was truly memorable. The staff was excellent—especially the concierge & bell attendants—and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. My family had a unique request during my trip, and Joe from the grounds/facilities team was an absolute angel in helping us. I stayed on the executive level and loved starting each day with the delicious breakfast options at Desire and a wind-down nightcap at one of the three bar locations. The location couldn’t be better—everything in the French Quarter was within easy walking distance. And as a coffee lover, I thoroughly enjoyed grabbing my Cold Brew every morning from PJ’s Coffee right in the hotel. Thanks to the remarkable staff, the Royal Sonesta feels like home, and I will always return."
