“Super lieve gastvrouw Lucie , warm ontvangst. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt met zelfgebakken fantastische cake ( mijn man werd nog gelukkiger haha) en vers fruit, alles om de dag goed te beginnen. Heerlijk bed , dus goed geslapen . Zeer schoon. En de auto ( gratis) op het terrein van de B& B mogen parkeren . Arundel kasteel minder dan 10 minuten lopen . Veel restaurants in directe omgeving, maar B&B ligt in rustige straat. Top adres , thank you Lucie!”

Wonderful service bu those very friendly and helpful staffs but one problem is the rooms which located on the ground floor are just next to the bar courtyard, you can hear all the noises by the customers because they just seats outside your windows.”

“Nice property, very good location, spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, a very good fan and windows that open more than the usual 2 inches! Good tea, coffee, water, cookies (amenities). Although it says self check in with a code, it was very easy and shouldnt put anyone off. In addition the owners, Jenni and Matt, seemed like they were around most of the time and certainly very responsive to any emails, and wanting to help in general.”

“In the explanation they said WiFi at 25mps in each room, there was no WiFi even the TV in the room couldn’t connect!!! They said they had a parking lot, they don’t it’s just street parking, Free 6pm-8am”

“We saw the proprietor when we arrived at the property. He said our room was ready, although we were very early. My partner was delighted with the box of breakfast goodies. The fridge and microwave were welcome extras.. Clean linen, big room, great locality. No negative points at all.”

“Working in the area, thats why i booked it as was cheaper then where i usually stay each week for this week. Everything has gone up as its summer. Very clean, modern. Amazing coffee facilities! Will book again if still cheaper then the ones I usually use.”

“Bit disappointed really with the lady of the house.She seemed very helpful offered her services as a cab to pick our car up which was very nice of her so I took her up on that and she said put another £10 on the bill which I paid gladly. When she spoke to my wife a little later my wife offered her £20 pound for the journey and she gladly took it without mentioning that I had already paid but on her conscious be it won’t be going back strangely enough”

“Last-minute booking for Goodwood Festival of Speed and luckily we found a room here. It was better than I expected from photo, a spacious room with a 4-poster bed, the bathroom had a bath and a walk-in shower. Although no air-con, there was a large fan and we slept well. My husband enjoyed the full breakfast with good quality bacon, eggs and sausage; he doesn't eat tomatoes, so declined the heritage ones offered.
