"分かりやすい場所にあり、周辺には業務スーパーがあり、足りないものはそこで購入でき、便利な場所でもありました。事前の案内もあり、スムーズにチェックインすることができました。基本的に室内はきれいで、設備も色々と揃っており、３家族で楽しく過ごすことができました。レンジや炊飯器もあり、調理に困ることはありませんでした。ただ、冷蔵庫の中がきれいでなく、そこだけが残念でした。"

"ペット同伴可能ということで、利用しました。経年相応の古さはありますが、リフォームして綺麗にされています。事前にスタッフの方がエアコンを起動していてくれたのか、部屋があったまっていましたが、当日は気温も高く、日中は暑かったです。逆にエアコンを止めると夜間は寒く、その点で古い建物だと感じる点はありました。無人チェックインなので、対人でのやり取りはなく、その辺煩わしい人には、おすすめできるかと思います。ベッドも多数あり、大人数で泊まるにはおすすめではないでしょうか。一点、一回のテレビですが、集煙装置のため、ソファー側からテレビが見づらいのが気になりました。 "

"十分な広さがあり、大人数で楽しめます。室内はオシャレでとても良い滞在となりました。ただ一点、玄関のところの扉がガラスなので外から室内が見えます。暖簾がありますが、それの間から丸見えです。。一度男性が外から覗き込んでいて怖かったです。曇りガラスにするなどの対応希望です。それ以外は大変満足でした。また利用させていただきたいです。"

"全体的に綺麗で家具、家電も綺麗で設備も良く清潔感もあってよかったです！アメニティもとても充実しています。前日になっても当日になっても、チェックインの方法とか何も連絡が来ないので本当に泊まれるのか不安でした。こちらから連絡してようやく返事が来たので残念です。立地は通りから奥まった所にあり、家を見つけるのに時間がかかりました。駐車場はなく、1番近いと案内されたパーキングはルタオのお客様専用と書いてあって入れられませんでした。残念です。リビングのストーブは良かったですが、広さがあったのでその一台ではキッチン側までは温まらなくて寒かったです。"

SAPPORO HOTEL by GRANBELL

10/10 Excellent

"Wonderful hotel with a lot of amenities! Self check in was easy and there was staff nearby to help as well. The room was so clean, surprisingly spacious, and very new! Our favorite part was the Onsen on the 26th floor. It was so relaxing after a long day of walking and views were spectacular. Remember to bring towels with you as they don’t provide towels there. Food at the lounge connected to the Onsen is not bad and a nice easy quick option for a bite if you don’t want to head back out or eat convenience store food. The hotel is located a bit of a walk from Sapporo station. It’s an easy 10 minute walk but beware if you have a lot of luggage as the street is bumpy and there are multiple crossings to go through from the station to hotel. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast buffet but there was a line out the door every morning so get there early if you plan to eat there."

"Great location, in walking distance of Odori and Sapporo Stations as well as right next to Odori Park and Sapporo TV Tower. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bar had a great selection of drinks and desserts but closed a little early for my liking. The staff was great too."
