「Undergoing refurbishment currently, older parts and rooms very dated and run down. Good location for first time in London. Public transport bit out of the way, bring good walking shoes unless you plan on calling for taxi or Uber all the time.」

「There was accumulated water in the bathroom after showering.」

「Big room and good mattress only」

「Everything is superb! Would love to stay here again」

「Nice staff, with one wonderful birthday trip.」

「Nice services plus fantastic river review bedroom!」

「yes」

「Rommservice staff at midnight was extremley rude」

「Not bad. Nice lobby but room and bathroom much smaller than expected. Only one chair/ space to sit part from the bed.」

「Convenient location, nicely appointed room.」

「We had an excellent stay at the Rubens at the Palace. The staff were fantastic and we took advantage of some of the items they offered for guest to do. They had several great restaurants and bar we enjoyed. The location was also perfect walking distance to many sights. We will definitely visit there again.」
