2-Bedroom Top Floor View Condo in Downtown Aspen
This 2-Bedroom Top Floor condo in Aspen is perfect for your escape to the mountains with Dead On Aspen Mountain Views! This condo is located in the heart of Downtown Aspen and you can walk to restaurants, shops and more. Wood Burning Fireplace, Private large deck with full views up Independence down the Roaring Fork Valley and location are the highlights of this condo.
Note: There is no designated parking for this condo. There is a large public garage a few blocks away (Rio Grande parking garage). It’s huge, always availability and it’s covered. Guests can park on the street or in the Parking garage and walk 4 or 5 blocks to condo.
There is not a washer or dryer in the unit or building. There are laundry services in Aspen that can provide this.
There is no dishwasher in the kitchen.
There is an elevator to the 3rd floor - but then one has to walk up to the 4th floor, and our condo is on the 4th floor.
