Love staying on the residence side of the Little Nell. Best location and wonderful service. Great having all the amenities of the hotel with a bit more space. The breakfast and happy hour spread in the owners' lounge is also a nice daily treat.

We had a room that looked at a brick wall next to a public door to a patio. No view. We felt uncomfortable with the curtains open as people could walk by and look inside the room. The hotel was only at 30% occupancy. Why not give us a room with a view or at least a room where we could open the curtains.

Property was incredible, world class. Been fortunate to stay in many nice places - Little Nell Res is near perfection. Best workout facility of any property anywhere. Only issue was pool was closed. Ate at hotel and used their pool.

Wonderful stay despite the pool being broken . Had the place almost to ourselves since has just reopened for the season. Shout out to Jason at the front desk who was hilarious and fabulous all at the same time ! No better place in aspen imo and we’ve stayed for decades

The Residences at the Little Nell is a truly remarkable hospitality experience. I did not use the word hotel because the service exceeds that of a hotel. I am a single mom with a 4 yo. The RLN caters to every age for every need. RLN has a playroom for the children, and my son played in it for hours with his babysitter. For adults, it is heaven. Carol, the customer relations specialist, is the reason for this review. As far as I am concerned, the stay begins and ends with her attention to detail and hospitality. She knows how to make a wonderful memory for the people who visit. She has a gift for making people feel as if they are the VIP in the room. There are not enough superlatives to use to persuade visitors to stay here. RLN will not disappoint you.

Absolutely Phenomenal Luxury Property in Aspen!

One of my top luxury vacation properties, ever! I prefer to stay in high end properties: The Plaza, St Regis, The Peninsula, The Four Seasons, etc. Out of all the places I have stayed around the world, this is one of my favorites, if not the best! From the concierge service discussing restaurants with me, then booking all of them in advance, to the over the top personable and friendly limo drivers and valet service at every turn made for a top notch experience in Aspen. It is a pet friendly property and the valets watch your dogs while you shop or go to dinner! It was fun talking to and petting the digs as we came and went. When I return to Aspen, I would definitely stay at The Residences at The Little Nell!
