“The Mill Hotel is in an excellent position, overlooking the mill pond and adjoining common. There is ample parking nearby and it is just a short walk into the lovely town of Sudbury. There is an attractive restaurant and bar, with feature water wheel, and the food was good. The rooms were well equipped and the bed very comfortable. Due to the historic age of the hotel, there's no lift, which would have caused me problems if my room had been on an upper floor.”

“Arrived 30 mins before check in and was taken straight to our room. The lady that showed us to our room was lovely, and was very kind when my toddler chatted away to her. Room was clean and looked lovely. I liked that you could park right outside your room which was easy to unload the car. The view from the patio was endless countryside and at night it was rural enough that there was no light pollution and could see the stars. Room was well stocked with all types of teas and coffees. Shampoo……

“Food excellent - staff very helpful and efficient Noisy Fan outside our Bedroom Window (maybe over the Kitchen) seemed to be working most of the night Mattress rather soft …. For my Back”

“Perfect stay Accommodation was very clean and a good size room. We also bought our dog with us and a dog bed, towel and bowl with a treat for him was provided in our room which was a lovely touch to our stay. We had a lovely evening meal also one of the best we have had in a long time and lots of choice for a quality breakfast. We will be returning as from the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and very professional and helped make our stay perfect.”

“環境清幽，食物美味，接待人員彬彬有禮，有問必答。可惜房間在地面一層，又面向外街，天氣熱時，由於房內沒有空調，故未能打開窗戶透氣，單靠兩座風扇，有點悶熱。網絡接駁時常中斷。”

“No food Monday or Tuesday, the only food available is a Chinese in the village that doesn't take card (cash only). Not sure about other rooms but room 4 the Internet is terrible on all the networks and no phone signal either. Room is not made up or restocked during the day. The pub car park is small and the patrons seem to abaddon their vehicles all over the place which mean you can't get parked. There is a fridge in your room🌟 Would I stay again 🤔 doubt that very much. I wish the owners……

“Nice staff. But walls peeling in bathroom, door entry into room has huge gap underneath so you can hear everything in and out of the room. Flies buzzing around, bins being emptied at 8am next to our room. Mould in bathroom”
