「We had a lovely stay and thought the hotel and staff were excellent. Unfortunately we were woken at about midnight by loud, screaming women outside, which went on for quite a long time! Our room was on the 4th floor overlooking the car park. I have nothing against people having a good time, but think maybe a security guard could possibly prevent this from happening. We would stay at this hotel again but would request a room away from the car park/bar area.」

「Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, bar and restaurant downstairs, short taxi ride from the train station. World of Wedgewood and the Wedgewood Museum were well worth another taxi ride, and Hanley Park (large and beautiful) was a short walk away. Shower was lukewarm, not sure if that’s because we stayed in a handicapped room. Otherwise perfect!」

「The room was clean, well furnished and had a cozy feel. We would stay here again, however, there were some minor issues. The toilet flush ran continuously and was audible at night. The cover over the shower plughole was broken and the lead on the kettle was too short and had to be used on the floor. Also the mattress was too firm for us.」
