Holiday Stay

This was the perfect location for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for our group of 8 and gave everyone the space needed to spread out. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen for cooking and meals. We did have some issues entering the home and figuring out where to dispose of garbage but the Vacasa team was helpful in getting issues resolved in a timely manner.

Gorgeous house but unlivable

The house is gorgeous with some gorgeous views. The house looks like it's out of an architecture digest. BUT 1. It was 106 degrees outside, and the house was 95 degrees. The house had tiny ceiling fans, and it barely made a difference for the size of the house. There was no portable a/c, no blinds in the bedrooms to make it cooler or to block the 5 am. sunlight. My kids and elderly parents were very uncomfortable. 2. Many bulbs didnt work, fans didnt work. No teash cans in the bathrooms or bedrooms. Pretty but not useful furniture - My elderly mother fell from the swinging chair in the living room as it was not strong to hold an adult. Luckily she wasn't hurt. 3. Swimming pool had too much chlorine and was unpleasant. No toys in the pool. 4. Kitchen - very bare minimum applicances and provisions. Not even basics like coffee and sugar. Nearest market is miles away as the house is middle of nowhere. 5. Shared driveway with a neighbour who has 2 ferocious dogs not on leash and chased our cars and wouldn't let us pass twice. As they are not on leash, they did wander to this rental house twice. 6. Mice - there are mice in the house. We encountered them thrice in the house. There were rat droppings in the kitchen in the mornings. We left 1 day earlier than what we paid for, as the house was very disappointing and not worth the money we paid :(

The house is nice with beautiful views however no A/C and no hot water available for the jacuzzi ...

The house is nice with beautiful views however no A/C and no hot water available for the jacuzzi the pool water is frozen. Overall the house is good thanks

Not what expected

The where home is located is great. Couple of things wrong with it the home have no ac the sauna wasn’t working the first day also there a lot of things missing from the house Kitchen essentials. The tv was working no games to play in the house there was no dvd player or any type of entertainment on it. One thing that it does have to it is there is internet and a really big pool which it smells like they put 20 gallons of chlorine it but ones u open the windows it goes out. Overall, the house needs some TLC
