“Ideal bungalow, very clean.
Pools are conveniently located with food and drinks. Alcohol beverages are a but pricy.
Has some pots and pans in bungalow but minimal as related to preparing meals.
Pull-out sofa is NOT comfortable. Bring a mattress pad.
ALL staff were excellent with one exception. Young guy at pizza shop was not interested in service. Had to request napkins because he was using an empty napkin despinser as a window stop. He was quite put out with tequest. Least he could've done……

“The room was clean, we had a beautiful view of the pool and the flamingo pond, occasionally a glimpse of a giraffe or Wilda beast. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The landscaping around the premises was lush and beautiful. ”

“They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. ”
