"There is no lift or elevator so it is hard to get heavy items such as a cooler or a suitcase up to stairs. The only other thing is parking spaces are very small and hard to get in and out of but overall I enjoyed my stay."

"The amenities weren’t part of the stay. To use the gym, $35/day. The zip line was 45 minutes away. Bicycle usage was $10/hr. First 2 hrs were free. No in house restaurant. There was no swimming pool. Most amenities were unavailable. It was disappointing.."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved the location of this spot. Very convenient for going to the beach with littles. The downstairs bedroom also was very dark which was very helpful for our toddler that slept in there. The company was very communicative about a house issue as well. We can’t wait to come back to this spot!"

"This is an exceptional and luxurious vacation villa that provided a delightful family experience for the ten of us —for a week!Words that come to mind are luxury, beauty, comfort, amenities, games and toys. We all had a really great time! It was multigenerational friendly with our age range of 8 to 78 years old.With five bedrooms and sound insulation, we each had our private area to escape to, plus a very large living area/dining area/ open kitchen. There’s wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows that open to the large backyard of pool, spa, and lawn. Beyond the fence, there’s a garden area and a (quiet) chicken coop with fresh eggs. The owner was welcoming, making us feel like honored guests. She was available when we had a question or needed additional support.Proximity to fun activities included Avila Beach, San Luis Obispo, a farmers market, and we spent a day at a zip line and another day at a water park. A few things that stood out…-The warm pool and heated spa, used day and night.-Secluded, with a view of orange trees in front and distant hills in the back. Not another house or building visible beyond the property.-A vast array of indoor and outdoor games and toys for kids and adults.-An exceptionally outfitted kitchen with every possible appliance.-Comfy robes for everyone. -High end-mattresses.-We all had a great time and enjoyed this exceptional, luxurious villa."

"The unit was not very clean. Noticed in the bathroom downstairs dirt on the floor and in the kitchen. The ocean view is much further away than the picture. We did not know that we had to walk up and down steep hills to get to the beach as I have a back problem and it really aggravated that. You had to walk to the beach as the parking was limited down there. The host was very receptive. We called about the toilet that we were unable to flush as the water kept running. Fortunately, my husband fixed it so they did not have to come out. The kitchen was well stocked and the barbecue worked."
