“Stayed at this hotel twice as it was near downtown Ponta Delgada and not far from the airport. Taxi ride was 10 Euros each direction to and from the airport. There is a taxi kiosk in the lobby to call the taxi, although a little confusing to use. First stay, front desk staff was not informing of things like parking tickets when parking out in front of hotel (had a car for first stay and got a ticket). There is a breakfast that can be purchased, buffet style. All Azores hotels have the same type……

“There is no hottub at this property! We were really disappointed to see this when we arrived as it was one of the main reasons we booked here. The property need to update their expedia profile but please note there hasnt been a hottub there in a while. Otherwise, beautiful view and a nice stay at the property. A bit rough around the edges in places but perfectly adequate for our 4 night stay”
