“One word, outstanding! The staff from the front desk to room cleaners and everyone in between were so friendly and helpful. Your day starts with an exceptional breakfast spread - I have yet to see a better one in Europe. The hotel is situated on the marine close by he old town, with plenty of dining options near by. Ending your day either at rooftop pool or spa - complete with steam and sauna facilities relaxes those muscles after your day exploring the island. Special thank you are to……

“The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful, as were the porters, especially Daniel who helped us with our luggage. The housekeeping staff was amazing, so friendly and yet they work very hard. For that reason, I chose a 5 star rating. However, we did not find the breakfast staff particularly friendly, never a smile from the ladies who cleaned the tables. We would also suggest the hotel upgrade the hallway carpeting on the first floor. It would also have been nice to have another egg option……
