「This hotel was such a surprise! We had an unexpected layover in the Azores, and booked this hotel at the last minute. 「This is one of those properties you hesitate to give a great review- only because you don’t want it to become so popular that you can’t get a reservation. But, I want the staff to prosper so I will tell you that it’s beyond amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt so relaxed. And, that was after a red eye from Boston. 「The staff at this hotel were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooftop pool is the highlight! Some of the hotel is dated but they keep it very clean! There is some minor road and street noise, so if you're a light sleeper you may want to keep that in mind, but I would return here again! Overall, excellent value and the location is perfect.」
