"Pool area was beautiful. Rooms were OK (older carpet with a slight musty smell). Bar/restaurant area closed at 9 PM. The staff, when we checked in, was not knowledgeable regarding the restaurant hours."

"We were on spring break for family of four. Overall, everything was good. The kids loved the lazy river, slides, pool area. That said, the pool was jam-packed. People lined up 45 minutes before opening to secure lounge chairs. This might just be typical spring break level of busy; can't speak to over parts of the year. Room was nice with view of golf course but had some little wear and tear issues. Staff was all nice except for a bad/odd interaction with tennis facility. "

"The listing was described accurately. The property is a bit outdated, but it was clean and well-kept. The pool was consistently crowded—don’t expect to find a quiet moment, as there were usually at least 6 people in the smaller pools at all times. The restaurant service was slow, with about a 40-minute wait before a waiter even came by. On a positive note, the fridge and microwave in the room were surprisingly large and convenient."

"I had a great view ! The pool is super busy with music! The room was nice and quiet! The AC worked great! but kitchen cookware were old and scratched pan and was missing pan! The blender wasn’t working! The dishwasher machine smelled really bad! The TV has no netflix or youtube which is a big downside! They have direct TV! Overall I prefer this place over the other Inn’s in town! It has a nice bedroom! The pillows are not my favorite i got a neck pain!"

"This place was so quintessentially Palm Springs we absolutely loved it! I hope they keep most of the decor when they remodel. The lobby, shared pools, and grounds were so beautiful! The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious (albeit expensive like all restaurants we went to!). The only thing that wasn’t great was the food at the coffee shop (coffee was great, pastries were very old and stale and the pizza was odd tasting, not like pizza) an the bathrooms in the rooms - they had sliding barn doors that didn’t close all the way which is silly. We were just with our small family, and there were so many other restaurant to choose from, that this don’t put any damper on our trip. We would highly recommend if you’re looking for a beautiful pool to relax around on your trip! We will absolutely be back!"

"Our stay was a delight with a mineral rich pool and 2 hot tubs, a desert themed room with a great air conditioner, and the Soleil Grill & Bar. We dined on generously portioned and delightfully presented simple fare with friendly staff. We could have taken the meal and drinks out picnic-style around the pool but stayed in the comfy dining area. A great place to relax to enjoy the hot springs in a big pool with a comfy atmosphere. "

"Staff was so friendly! Easy and ample parking. Grounds and room were pristinely clean. So many fun things for the kids to do. Fire pits, exercise room, and no fees for dogs "
