"The hotel is in a brilliant location, right on Tunjungan Street and surrounded by shops and cafés. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The Sky Bar is also a nice spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed my time here."

"Very nice hotel. Check-in was friendly and fast, everything work in my room as it should, terrific channel options on the TV, reliable WiFi. The room service (photographed here) was also quick and delicious. I would love to stay here again."

"Pleasant and relaxing stay, helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was ok, room and bathroom not as spacious but good enough and toiletries provided. Beside the mall and nearby restaurants"

"Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Breakfast was weak, not much options. The bath towels was worned and old."

"L9 of the BG Junction Mall. Great service from the staff. Relatively comfortable room with the exception of the lingering smell of cigarettes. Good a/c and wifi. Many food choices inside the mall. "

"In the middle of nowhere "

"Great stay in Surabaya. Will definitely stay there again."

"I chose this hotel because it was 10 min by car from Surabaya Gubeng station. All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. However it was not a hotel that I would want to come back and stay. 1. Breakfast: I personally did not think it was delicious compare to other three star hotels. 2. I stayed two nights. It was hot in the morning and I thought that the AC wasn't working so I switched a room for the second day. However the AC in the second room wasn't working on the next...

"I loved it everyone was kind and very attentive to my needs. Even going as far as to open all doors for me. It was a wonderful experience I am glad I stayed."

"Wonderful staff, everyone was so friendly. We only stayed one night between arriving by plane and leaving by train to Jogja, but I plan to come back and visit more of Surabaya, and I would love to stay here again."

"Very good hospitality from the staff and rooms are very well furnished since it’s just open in Oct18. Close to some malls and great value for money for now."

"After staying at another Neo hotel recently, i was disappointed with this property. The room is pretty run down, definitely in need of an update. The toilet seat was broken. There was this internittent pumping sound every 45 secs or so, coming from the rooftop or an adjacent room, it was annoying but not bad enough that i couldn't fall asleep. It did however had good hot water flow. The staff were friendly. The area was really quiet."
