「My wife and I checked on Friday, June 12 for 3 nights. We checked right back out because the room was disgusting. Dirty, rusty and it smelled. I would like a refund.」

「The pictures don’t properly represent the property. It’s dirty, old, dark and unkept. I didn’t even stay there and didn’t get a refund.」

「First, the property is in a great location. Close to the ocean front and lots of places to each. We had a kitchenette room - located on the 3rd floor. It was a walk-up. There were issues with the lock but we sorted it out. The kitchenette had no cutlery, no glasses, no dishes. No paper towels. No kettle - making tea in a coffee maker tastes badly. The air conditioner was very noisey. There were no drawers, not enough coat hangers. I had to ask for a second set of sheets and a pillow for the...
