「The staff and facility were top notch. Our room was perfect and the pool and beach areas were beautiful. There were plenty of food options but the 10% VAT and forced 15% gratuity even on a simple coke purchase was excessive. 」

「The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...
