“The service was wonderful. The staff helped arrange things like taxis and a horse ride and made sure I got breakfast before an early morning tour (excellent scones!). They were especially accommodating on my last day when I was taking a late train, allowing me to shower and have a place to hang out for a little while in the late afternoon. We arrived fairly late after check-in time, but Simon, and one of his children met us, walked us to the room, and made sure that we were at ease while also recommending a good spot that was close for us to grab dinner, even though it was late.
