“Nice hotel, clean and close to the beaches”

“The view of the bay was beautiful! Decor of the room was a little dated, and the hallways were definitely in need of new carpet/decor, but otherwise clean.”

“Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. “When we arrived, no one was there and we had to wait for a long time to check in. Then we were informed that we were not able to stay because they will have an inspection in the following morning, and was sent to another hotel. We lost so much time and we had to change our plan. I wish they could reach out to us ahead of time to let us know, or just simply leave a note on the front desk so that we can make a move.”

“Awesome. Clean. Pool area was a HUGE Bonus. Paul at the front desk, Emiliano behind the bar, Trish who kept our room clean were all amazing. I never thought I’d want to stay so far in the east end but with easy parking it was a super convenient to do whatever we wanted to do. Plus there is a shuttle which we didn’t even need. Kids loved the pool, giant sized chess and connect four, the ping pong table etc.”

“We liked the closeness to the Island Queen. Room was very basic. No clock, no tv channel list. Carpet in the room was not clean. Coffee cups were small, no lids or hot cup carrier. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Very noisy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.”
