「The hotel is brand new, just over 1 month old when my parent's stayed. The hotel charged the wrong amount but the staff provided a number to call to correct it. I called the number and the amount was corrected. The staff were not as knowledgeable as they ought to have been, but since the hotel just opened, they are still in the learning phase--the staff are super friendly and do try to accommodate as much as possible. I noticed that my parent's received new towels everyday and the washroom...

「The service desk manager Harshit provides excellent service and help when we arrived late which makes our trip wonderful . Will definitely stay in this hotel again . Absolutely highly recommend」
