"As soon as I had arrived, i had noticed the toilet was leaking, there was what looked like dead skin and a urine stain on the sheets in the only bed available in the room. On top of that the people in the next door over were screaming and banging stuff. Not to mention is sounds like you guys have a pigeon problem in your roof. So please for the love of god, close and never reopen. "

Check-In/Check-Out process was nice and smooth. Clear and timely communication with host. Spacious & clean rooms. There were some items left over in the drawers from previous guests. Overall a wonderful stay! Thank you for sharing such a magical place with us!"

"No room service, no utensils in the room, no coffee available. Saying complementary breakfast included in the reservation knowing that the hotel ONLY offers muffins and hot chocolate is simply disrespectful."

"Everything was great, BUT the water pressure was the worst and the hot water ran out fast. We were on the 1st floor. The staff was cordial but not overly friendly, but to their defense, they were solo and perhaps a tad overwhelmed when we arrived at 9 pm. The hotel was booked with soccer players."
