“This little condo was really cute and perfect for our quick getaway. It was clean, the check in process was easy (even though the office was closed when we arrived due to the hurricane), and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We also saw 2 different alligators (~8 and ~10 feet), so they are definitely around!”

“Apartment is over an old store front. I was a little alarmed when the store was under construction, but once we were inside apartment it was as described. Noise level low. Downtown New Bern is a quite quaint location. Back alley entrance to parking was convenient so you didn’t have to park on street. Little experience of downtown living with modern amenities. A/C was awesome!”

“We needed a pet friendly place close to Blackbear Sailing Club for a regatta. This place was right across the street from the club. The accommodations reminded me of a hotel room with a balcony, which was ok for us as we were gone most of the time racing or site seeing. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. It was a few miles to grocery stores, but when we were there traffic wasn’t too bad.”

“We came in for a wedding driving through the beginnings of tropical storm Ophelia. So it was windy and rainy for half our stay. The condo was quiet and comfortable, all in all we enjoyed our stay very much.”

“The property is in a really great area. The home itself is a great place to stay for a vacation, with many beds and enough rooms. However, the bathrooms and kitchen seemed not well maintained. While we did not need to use the kitchen, we were not keen to use the Bathroom for a shower since we didnt like it . Overall good stay, except clenliness of the place.”
