“For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The property owner was quick to respond, address any needs, and accommodating with requests. Parking can be challenging and other residents did not abide to quiet hours. Was surprised that there wasn't any air-conditioning, but that was an oversight on our behalf, as its not listed as an amenity provided.”

“Shared patio with next door unit. The gate keypad lock for the front gate didn't work so it was just open the whole time. Not very safe. Didn't have the right code to get in the unit so called to figure out after the laundry lady let us in. The lady who called really didn't care about my concerns that we were using a code to our unit that others had and when i tried to get a word in was told i was being loud which I wasn't then was told it was my tone so she just wanted to be right. “Location is great - right on the water and walkable to everything. Amenities and furnishings are very sparse; less furnishings than shown in pictures. Limited kitchen items; no coffee pods for Keurig, no salt & pepper or any other kitchen items that you’d expect in a vrbo. Sheets and towels low quality; not luxurious by any means. Rented in December so a bit chilly and no rugs in unit for warmth. No thermostat or HVAC. Two small wall heaters. Parking is tough at the beach so was a hassle every……
