“The pictures on the site where very deceiving, there were holes cut in the walls were pipes were replaced and never patched. Place was dirty and very thick moldy and musty smell. Could not stay there and had to book another place on a whim, travelled 11 hours to walk in to that. Property was managed through evolve. After 2 weeks was able to get reimbursed for the week. Did not get reimbursed for the hotel that I had to get for a night or the parking pass. Would not recommend anything from……

“Perfect apartment for our weekend getaway in Beaufort to visit friends. This apartment had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfy, kitchen was clean, TV worked great and we could walk into town or to our friends' house on Pigeon Point. We had been traveling for more than a week when we got there so the washing machine/dryer was like a cherry on top of an already delicious dessert. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!”

“The location of this unit is the absolute best in the complex. Watching the sun rise over the ocean while sipping coffee from the balcony was priceless. It was a quick walk to the boardwalk to get to the ocean, and the heated outdoor pool is in this building. The indoor pool, workout area, and hot tub were a quick walk down a couple buildings, but very easy to get to. The unit had a fully stocked kitchen. I highly recommend staying here and hope to return some day. ”
