“One South Place was clean, quiet, and felt like home from the moment I pulled up. Met a couple guests that were passing through the city and we shared many laughs out on the front porch area over some cold Belikins that were sold on site. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming as well. Taxi service was always a phone call away and the breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially the fried jacks. Both Lincoln the day security and Mark the night security were top notch down to earth……

“Our short one night stay was excellent! Michelle is a SUPER HOST!! She had great communication and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The space is nicely decorated, clean and well supplied. Easy walking distance to a number of restaurants and the waterfront. Highly recommend for a quick stay or several nights! ”
