"Great location, quiet even though close to highway, front desk staff very friendly, clean, GREAT PILLOWS, comfy bed! Was here only for 1 night but pleasantly surprised how nice and clean and fairly updated and honestly how spacious this was for a quality inn. Would stay again"

"Great location, amazing service, will be back!"

"If this hotel is a reflection of the Days Inn brand their corporate office might want to pay a visit here."

"Had many issues with the room. The fan in bathroom was noisy. The plug for the hair dryer didn't work. The covers were dirty. The fire alarm went off multiple times during the night."

"Though it is obvious that money is tight and some maintenance and ambiance needs have been put on hold, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. It was a much lower price than other places to stay, and I enjoyed my time there."

"Great place loved it!"

"Nice rambler in a great in town location with hot tub, firepit, and fenced in yard. Also great value for the price. "

"The property was clean and comfortable. The deer playing in the field across the road was a nice sight sipping morning coffee."

"We are a Family of 4 that stayed and absolutely loved Rosehill Cottage! Set back in a serene setting with the most beautiful view of the Rappahannock River! The Cottage was adorable with plenty of space to spread out, was clean, & had all of the cooking ware you need. The pool was a blast! We really enjoyed our time at the pool! I would definitely give Rosehill Cottage a consideration when you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life!"

"Property was lovely, host very responsive, couldn’t ask for more!"

"Nicely equipped, well stocked, clean and neat. Good location with a canoe and kayaks to get out on the cove. Close drive to the three towns in the area with a number of good lunch/dinner spots. Host was very helpful."
