“this is my third time to stay in this hotel. It's clean, convenient, the good is food, the staff are all very kind and willing to provide assistance. Definitely will recommend to stay. ”

“There is ample scope of improvement considering the brand name associated with it. The facilities and room fittings/furniture can be upgraded. The floor carpet has a stale stink and needs up gradation. The washroom drains are very slow (almost clogged) and the toiletries are quite basic. The food buffet layout is average and does not match the high price charged. Overall: an average experience”

“This hotel was adequate for my needs. Basic amenities and reasonably clean. Woman at reception seemed confused when we arrived. We had a printout of out 'last minute' booking so not sure why the confusion. We insisted on 2 keys to the room even though they were hesidrnt to give us 2 but my partner needed to go to work so we needed an extra. No toilet paper in bathroom but was provided upon request. TV not working but maintenance came and fixed it. At 3am in the morning our room was accessed by……

“It should be confirmed actually.. Room was not confirmed to property owner by expedia .it was not expected by such a responsible organization...poor management ”
