“Great service, beautiful gardens with an amazing old train tree, small rooms”

“Most things were fine, except the poor drainage in the shower room. The location of the hotel was safe but the walking distance was lack of places for shopping or dining.”

“從Trinity Station走路過來約5分鐘而已, 正對面便是一家中型shopping mall. 步行5分鐘又可到大型超市Big Bazaar, 地點著實方便. 內部陳設也頗現代. 唯有房內裝修稍顯陳年老舊. 總體來說住的還算習慣. 只是外面馬路的喇叭聲此起彼落的, 隔音稍有不足.”

“There is ample scope of improvement considering the brand name associated with it. The facilities and room fittings/furniture can be upgraded. The floor carpet has a stale stink and needs up gradation. The washroom drains are very slow (almost clogged) and the toiletries are quite basic. The food buffet layout is average and does not match the high price charged. Overall: an average experience”

“Room sheets, pillow covers are not changed, it was stinking. Bath room was not cleaned, very bad smell and they have teared towel, no hand towel. House keeping should do way better job.”
