“This is such a wonderful garden oasis in a great location in Bangalore. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, and you're walking distance to a number of restaurants and malls and Cubbon park. Loved it here!”

“From check-in to check-out, my experience was really good, except I was asked 3 times that I should have consumed a chocolate bar in the mini-bar which I didn't or even I didn't know it was there even though I explained it 3 times.”

“There is ample scope of improvement considering the brand name associated with it. The facilities and room fittings/furniture can be upgraded. The floor carpet has a stale stink and needs up gradation. The washroom drains are very slow (almost clogged) and the toiletries are quite basic. The food buffet layout is average and does not match the high price charged. Overall: an average experience”
