“I booked the hotel because it offers free wifi. However, the wifi was down and never got repaired on the day I lived in.”

“The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. The room despicable, and the photos on expedia look like they’ve been photoshopped and enhanced. In reality, they are dirty and unkempt. The air conditioning was not working and I had to request the receptionist (who was least bothered) several times for him to actually take any action and provide me with a remote. I couldn’t stay there for more than 20 minutes.”
