"Our recent stay at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa provided a truly relaxing and engaging vacation experience for our entire group. The resort successfully balances luxury amenities with fun, accessible activities, making it an excellent choice for families traveling with teenagers and adults alike. The accommodations immediately met our standards. Our room was spacious and consistently clean, providing a true sanctuary after a day in the sun. The resort's pools were a definite highlight of our daily routine. We appreciated that the main pool areas were not crowded, allowing for true relaxation and easy access to lounges. While the pool offered the excellent amenity of being heated, we did note that this seemed inconsistent throughout the stay; some days it was wonderfully warm, while others it felt cooler. Despite this small fluctuation, the pool environment remained a favorite spot. The restaurants were delicious, offering high-quality dining that surpassed typical all-inclusive expectations. Beyond dining, the entertainment and activities team did a commendable job of keeping everyone engaged. The schedule was varied enough to capture the attention of both adults and teenagers, which is often a challenge. A unique experience we highly recommend is the bike ride into town. This provided a fun, local excursion, lasting about 20 minutes each way. We had approximately 30 minutes in the town to browse local souvenir shops and visit a grocery store, offering a nice break f"

"Our stay was amazing! The staff was great, especially Antonio (waiter for the pool and beach). He went above and beyond for us and we had an excellent experience because of him. The rooms and resort are very well kept. Our only thing we felt that could be improved was the quality of the food at most restaurants. Other then that our stay was great and we will definitely be visiting again. "

"룸 컨디션은 정말 매우 좋았습니다. 저는 가장 새로 지어진 세 번째 건물, **벤투스 하(Ventus Ha)**의 28번 건물 1층에 묵었어요. 위치가 좋아서 이동하기도 매우 편했습니다. 제가 방향 감각이 정말 없는 편이라 처음엔 29번 건물과 30번 건물 사이에서만 계속 맴돌다가 28번 건물 찾느라 눈물 날 뻔했어요. 😅 그래도 걱정 마세요! 길을 잃었다고 직원분들에게 말하면 정말 친절하게 데려다줍니다. 음식은 정말 제 입맛에 딱 맞았어요. 가능하다면 거기서 설거지라도 해서 계속 먹고 살고 싶을 정도로요. 식구들 입맛이 다 달라서 이탈리안, 일식, 프렌치, 멕시칸, 조식·점심·저녁 뷔페, 룸서비스까지 다양하게 먹었는데요. 다들 각자 좋아하는 게 달라 평점도 제각각이었어요. 그만큼 선택지가 많으니 각자 입맛에 맞게 따로따로 식사하시고 가정의 평화를 찾으시길 바랍니다. 😆 리조트가 호텔존이 아닌 곳에 있어서 차를 타고 한참 올라가야 합니다. 그래서 한 번 들어가면 나오기 힘들겠다는 생각이 들었고, “안에서 즐길 건 다 즐기자!” 했는데도 다 못 해본 게 많아 아쉬웠어요. 수영장이나 극장에서 이벤트가 자주 열리고, 시간표는 엘리베이터 옆에 붙어 있어서 오며가며 확인할 수 있어요. 관심 있는 프로그램이 있다면 꼭 가보시길 추천합니다. 10대 아이들이 할 수 있는 게 많다고 해서 기대했는데, 저희 아이들은 결국 숙소에서 쉬거나 수영장에서 대부분의 시간을 보내며 즐겁게 있었어요. 다음에도 꼭 다시 가고 싶습니다. 아이들은 빼고요. 😜"

"This property was beautiful and clean. As far as resort food goes, everything was delicious and we didn't have a single bad meal. Servers and bartenders at every place we ate asked if we had any food allergies, even if they'd already met us during previous meals, which is something we haven't experienced as diligently before. The drinks were great with a different variety available at every bar which incentivized us to kind of bar hop throughout the day. There was poolside drink service, and every single member of staff we interacted with was friendly and seemed genuinely happy. We enjoyed the easygoing vibe, and played so much pool volleyball I think that most of us 'alcoholic people' could probably go pro at this point. The beach was washed away in bad weather, and the pool has a few spots that are crumbling, likely due to erosion, but this was alright because they had mats placed across anything even remotely harmful, otherwise the water was warm and clear the entire trip. The best part of our stay, however, were the multiple staff members who made this a great trip and were genuinely fun people to hang out with all week. Special shout outs to Angel and Mariel from the entertainment team, as well as our favorite bartender Orlando who put up with our mischievous attempts at bribery to turn off the World Series but held out for our Canadian friends watching the game. Moises, Roberto, and Eduardo also spent the week taking good care of us. We would definitely escape again!"
