“Good location , somewhat hard to find and reception is not at the hotel ( pension) - however the staff was very helpful and went out of his way to help me retrieve items left behind after I had checked out”

“The location is good and it close to supermarket and metro station. You have to climb up stairs every day to reach your room. The building is under renovation and hopefully they will finish it soon (we do not know they are under renovation, otherwise I would not book there) really hot in room when there is heat wave without air conditioning”

“Conveniently located near a metro stop so you can drop your things and venture out. Very clean and basic with everything you need to explore beautiful Bilbao. Very easy self check-in.”

“Check-in was OK, instructions were sent beforehand and were clear and easy to understand. The property in general was clean and as advertised online. The only issue we had was that our room’s ceiling fan unit was not properly cleaned. When we turned it on, lots of dust began to fall all over the bed and continued for a while. Aside from that, everything was OK.”

“La struttura è situata in una zona ben servita. Fermata metro vicina , posizione ottima (due fermate metro dal centro storico) Tutto molto pulito, cambio asciugamani ogni tre giorni”

“Struttura molto bella, nuovissima e pulita. La zona molto tranquilla in un contesto nuovo e vicina al centro, peccato solo che per tornare in struttura sia presente una bella salita.”
