"During my stay everything was very clean . Staff was kind Charles stood out the most because he was very informative and kind I stayed in the Terrace room very spacious .valet was quick a little expensive but worth it Charles did explain other parking option and the risks I love it here"

"Nothing terribly bad but not good either. At 4pm, check in time, our room wasn't ready. After a 25 min wait, we were able to enter our room. All floors were wet, room was at 82 degrees, one of the bathrooms was still dirty. Not enough towels, no hand soap, not rug or mat for the bathroom floor. The kitchen was not better. Fridge had a smell, after finding a very dirty glass I just stopped checking. They also never gave us the key to access the beach, but they asked for it at check out, so I don't know what will happen with this. The building needs a lot of maintenance. The pictures are far from reality. The employees were nice. I like Key Biscayne, might very well return, but I won't stay here again. "

"Very nice but very expensive the bathrooms have not place to put your toiletries and TV very small and no areas to do your hair or mirrors to put make up etc. "

"Dated furniture and lamps..no microwave..dresser drawer wouldn't stay shut, but clean and nice staff. Beds were good. Nice pool except for the construction. I expect more for the money "

"The beds were leaning on the floor felt like you were sleeping on brick. The shower had a hole in the floor covered by paint or something so you had to stand sideways to bathe not to mention the water only got like warm. No ice machine no fridge no microwave. Room looked nothing like the pictures shown in the advertisement. Very disappointed with this stay "
