The location was convenient for accessing the light rail, driving into the city center, & getting to & from the airport; grocery stores, etc were also nearby. "The condo was much nicer than expected, very modern, beautifully decorated and landscaped, clean, cozy, and well kept. I would give this 5 stars if the backyard was fenced in. It was a challenge to keep our dog contained in the small yard and the privacy from the tenants on either side was lacking. The backyard is also connected to a very busy street, so some safety concerns there without a fence for kids and pets.Thankfully, we didn't have any issues with the other tenants, but it didn't feel...

"I enjoyed my two week stay here. Travis was exceptional in responding to my requests. There were 47 steps which was unexpected but after hauling my stuff up- all went well. I enjoyed the pub below whose sound did not penetrate the unit. The location was great for my needs; good access to freeway; parking in the garage was easy. The unit was very clean when I arrived and had everything I needed. Highly recommend."

I did notice they had done some updates like painting the kitchen countertops, swapping out some door fronts, new toilets, new shower liners, new tvs, new chairs/couches.
