「This place seems to be half way through a refurbishment and was fully overwhelmed by an event like the Golf that we and a lot of the guests were there for. We were told that we had received a “upgrade” to a cottage which was a strange large room, that had a sink in the corner that didn’t work. The room had no air conditioning and the windows were literally screwed shut. We asked for a fan which took 2+ hours to arrive for the room. On the first night returning to our room our keycards didn’t...

「This is a good hotel built at a Services Area suitable for breaks in between journeys. Staying in for one night is nit a bad idea except that its location is not that easy to find.」

「Didn't get a blanket for the sofa bed as requested, soap dispenser broken in shower, sofa not very comfortable, breakfast cutlery was dirty, tables not clean during breakfast, even though asked a lady to clean a table please, but didn't.」

「Lovely friendly staff but they didn't seem to know anything. There was no mention about breakfast times and location etc on check in. We asked about the pool but the staff in the main building didn't know whether it was included or not (it's not). When searching for a hotel, I specifically selected Air Con as a filter, but what I didn't realise until too late, is the rooms that came up on my search don't have any - fortunately it cooled down the night we were there. Lovely big rooms.」

「Room was a big size and everything I needed the staff were friendly and accommodating. The parking was a bit tight however was able to park both nights I was there. It is in the town centre so loads to do great location and very quiet at night」

「Good instructions from the owner for entry Place was very clean and tidy. Lovely location. Only downside was the shower pressure was very up and down and went from very hot to very cold and couldn't get a constant temperature temperature (plus there was no toilet roll but guess that was just an oversight)」
