“I am afraid this inn is in very poor condition. The rooms and furnishings were stained and dirty. We actually did not stay there because of the appalling conditions. and ended up driving on to Kalispell as there was nothing else available. For the price that we had to pay in advance, this was unacceptable. When we decided to leave, my wife approached the desk manager who promised that she would arrange a refund of 60% of the charge. This has not happened. I think I will not be booking through……

“Beautiful property. Gotta know what you’re getting into. Some showers are small and any conversation in your room will be heard by your neighbors. Some rooms are a few flights of stairs with your luggage. Still a very 5 star experience. Go sit on a balcony for sunset and feel like a king ”

“It was a convenient place to stay for an early morning hike. Our rooms were in the west motel. The rooms were very small, bed seemed a lot smaller than a queen and very thin walls. We only stayed one night. We would not stay here again if we had to be in the west motel. In future we will just stay in Babb and have to drive a little more than stay here. ”

“This place Is a definitely don’t judge a book by its cover. The hotel looks old on the outside but is very nice and clean on the inside. All staff I interacted with were extremely friendly. We stayed 5 nights and were pleased with everything. WiFi is spotty but it’s the mountains so it’s expected. The restaurant has super good food and service. Parking is a bit crowded but you can definitely make it work if everyone parks smart and not like idiots. We would definitely stay here again!”
