“A nice, peaceful overnight getaway for us. I especially appreciated the care of restoration of such a historic gem!! Looking forward to visiting again, and possibly planning an event there.”

“Nicely renovated 1980 era motor lodge. The staff is exceptional. The rooms are small but typical of the 80’s. They will be opening a bar and grill next door. We went to a soft opening and it should be a good place to relax. They are still in the process of further room renovations. A phased project. Would come back! ”

“We enjoyed Tina’s home so much and it was very well appointed. She had fresh flowers, a welcome basket of snacks, and wine upon arrival. The home is very spacious and perfect for gatherings. Tina thinks of everything and is very responsive if needed. The backyard is like a meditation zen garden. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“This is a wonderful, quiet cabin, just the perfect size for two. It was very clean and neat with everything we needed right at our fingertips, with the added surprise of sticky buns and orange juice in the freezer.”

“Not a vacation stay, but becoming familiar with the Buggs Island / Kerr Lake area for future move possibility. Convenient location, house was adequate for our needs.”
